The job requires an experienced professional to join Incture's Total Reward/Compensation & Benefits function. Your role will involve proactive participation in designing compensation structures, conducting financial impact analysis, refining market intelligence data, ensuring compliance with legislation, designing and deploying compensation programs, managing change initiatives, resolving escalated compensation issues, developing and reporting metrics, engaging with stakeholders, and developing education programs and communication material on compensation offerings. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in core compensation and benefit areas, strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, ability to engage with stakeholders, operate independently, and hold an MBA or equivalent degree.
