Job Description
Lead C&B Role: Lead C&B will play a critical role in developing and implementing comprehensive compensation programs that attract, retain and motivate employees. Monitors the job market, latest trends in the compensation and benefits and reviews/recommends best practices for the organization without major impact on costs. Manages the compensation policies and procedures with the flexibility while keeping the internal equity and the external competitiveness in mind. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the creation of compensation offers including executive and leadership positions. Implement and manage automation solutions for offer and increment processes through Success Factors / Digitally. Work closely with the HR Leadership and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and transitions. Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, promotions and bonuses, ensuring alignment with performance metrics and business goals. Responsible for preparing and overseeing manpower budgets in line with organisations goals. Lead compensation restructuring efforts. Harmonize compensation practices to enhance organizational efficiency, compliance to statutes and facilitate smooth transitions and decision making. Engage in customized and ad-hoc compensation and benefits surveys to gather market data. Analyse survey results, use comprehensive compensation analytics to provide strategic recommendations to support data-driven decision-making. Monitor internal equity and analytics Evaluate jobs, analyse different components of the remuneration scheme, design policies and programs to close gaps in the compensation while managing internal equity and external competitiveness. Oversee compensation and benefits practices across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global strategies and compliance with local regulations. Develop and adjust salary structures for new geographic locations, considering legal and business requirements. Participates as the team member in other strategic projects and initiatives. Lead different HR Projects (not just projects from the compensation and benefits area) especially in the space of digitisation. Develops and maintains a compensation dashboard for executive reporting. Manages, leads and develops C&B Analyst i.e. develops successor (high potential C&B Specialist) Key Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex compensation portfolios, and provide strategic recommendations. Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. High Proficiency is MS excel Mature to discuss difficult topics and required to have opinions backed with data. Build internal and external networks. Experience in managing global mobility programs, including international assignments and expatriate management would be an added advantage. Qualifications: Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree or HR certification is preferred with 15 to 18 years of experience.,
