Job Description
Company Secretary - Corporate
- Manage and oversee the process of resolutions for financing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Handle the pledging of shares, including documentation, communication with relevant stakeholders, and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Facilitate director requirements and meetings as per the Companies Act, including preparation of agendas, coordination with board members, and documentation of minutes.
- Assist in maintaining statutory registers, filings, and other secretarial compliances as per the applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support corporate governance initiatives and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Provide support in drafting, reviewing, and updating legal and secretarial documents as required.
- Participate in board meetings, preparing and distributing necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the organization and execution of annual general meetings and other company-related events.
Company Secretary qualification is mandatory.
