Job Description

Company Secretary - Corporate

  • Manage and oversee the process of resolutions for financing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Handle the pledging of shares, including documentation, communication with relevant stakeholders, and adherence to legal guidelines.
  • Facilitate director requirements and meetings as per the Companies Act, including preparation of agendas, coordination with board members, and documentation of minutes.
  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers, filings, and other secretarial compliances as per the applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support corporate governance initiatives and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Provide support in drafting, reviewing, and updating legal and secretarial documents as required.
  • Participate in board meetings, preparing and distributing necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of annual general meetings and other company-related events.

Company Secretary qualification is mandatory.
