Job Description

As a Company Secretary in our Gurugram office within the NBFC/Financial Sector, you will play a vital role in ensuring corporate governance and regulatory compliance. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will be essential as you liaise with various stakeholders and provide legal advisory services. To excel in this role, you must be a qualified Company Secretary (CS) with membership in the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). A thorough understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements is necessary to fulfill your responsibilities effectively. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing corporate governance practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing board and committee meetings, maintaining records, managing shareholder relations, providing legal advice, and facilitating liaison and coordination among different departments. Occasional travel may be required for training and stakeholder meetings. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience as a Company Secretary and a preference for working in the NBFC/Financial Sector. Proficiency in English is preferred for this role.
