Your responsibilities will include managing and executing award programs, engaging with community members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining effective communication channels with participants. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal teams to oversee the smooth execution of award ceremonies and events. To excel in this role, you should possess strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities. Experience in community engagement and management, proficiency in customer service, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, and previous experience in managing awards or recognition programs would be advantageous.,
