Job Description
The AI Community Program Manager role involves developing, managing, and expanding a community of AI enthusiasts, professionals, and researchers. You will need to have a passion for technology and the ability to engage and inspire others in the field of artificial intelligence. Your responsibilities will include building a vibrant community through workshops, meetups, and online platforms, designing and implementing community programs, curating engaging content, managing partnerships, conveying the brand's voice and values, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, tracking program metrics, and providing regular reports on community engagement. You should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, AI, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in technology community management or program development is required. A strong understanding of AI technologies and trends, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, is essential. Basic knowledge of Python programming, APIs, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience in event planning, proficiency in using community management tools and social media platforms, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also important. This is a Vendor Consultant role based in Bangalore under the Nasscom AI department, reporting to the Head of AI.
