Role Overview We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable individual with a strong background in long-distance running and community engagement to join our team in Pune. This role will be critical in managing operations and coaching activities for BAPHM, while building a vibrant local running community. Key Responsibilities On-ground Operations: Support the end-to-end execution of BAPM. Training & Coaching: Conduct practical running sessions and training plans for amateur and intermediate runners. Community Development: Drive engagement by building and nurturing strong relationships with local run clubsathletes, and fitness communities. Participant Management: Help with onboarding, motivating, and guiding participants throughout the marathon journey. Event Support: Provide on-field assistance during training runs, expos, and race day execution. Feedback & Insights: Collect feedback from runners to help improve our training programs and events. Who You Are A passionate runner with personal long-distance running experience. Prior coaching experience or certifications (preferred).
