Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic Communiy Manager who can be the bridge between our academy and students, ensuring smooth communication, excellent service delivery, and strong rapport building. The right candidate will drive student engagement, boost enrollments, and ensure high satisfaction throughout the student journey. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for students and parents post-enquiry Nurture leads and convert walk-ins and inquiries into admissions Follow up with prospective students via calls, emails, and in-person meetings Build and maintain long-term relationships with students and alumni Handle escalations or concerns professionally Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure student needs are met Participate in seminars, webinars, and outreach events Maintain accurate records on CRM Requirements Minimum 13 years of experience in a client-facing or counseling role Experience in education, edtech, or service-based industries preferred Strong communication (English, Hindi, and local language is a plus) Sales mindset with an empathetic approach Excellent interpersonal skills and follow-through Proficient with CRM tools, MS Office Salary: 25,00040,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentive Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Customer relationship management: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person,
