As part of our mission to transform the healthcare management system, we are seeking a passionate communications specialist to spearhead our brand storytelling and positioning endeavors. Working closely with the CEO, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that enhance public trust and showcase our impact in cardiovascular med-tech. This role as our inaugural communications hire entails defining and amplifying Tricog's voice across various platforms, bringing forth the human stories behind our technology and establishing our presence as a reputable and trusted brand within the healthcare industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Brand Storytelling: Formulating and implementing a cohesive communication strategy to produce content that showcases the tangible impact of our innovations. - Content Creation: Writing and editing high-quality narratives such as case studies, articles, press notes, and social media posts by conducting interviews with clinicians, patients, and internal teams. - PR & Visibility: Boosting Tricog's media presence through press relations, events, and thought leadership initiatives led by the founder. - Campaigns & Fieldwork: Taking charge of online and offline brand campaigns, and visiting hospitals/clinics to gather real-life stories, visuals, and testimonials. - Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborating with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand message. - Brand Monitoring: Monitoring media visibility, audience engagement, and brand sentiment to adjust strategies accordingly. The ideal candidate will possess: - 7-10 years of experience in communications, PR, or content roles, with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare, tech, or B2B sectors. - A background in Mass Communications/Journalism is essential. - Strong writing skills with an ability to craft engaging stories and simplify technical subjects. - Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution capabilities. - Previous experience collaborating closely with founders or CXOs would be advantageous. - Willingness to travel and engage with frontline stakeholders such as doctors, hospitals, and clinics.,
