Job Opening: Commis Chef 1 Thai & Oriental Cuisine
Location :- Bandra, Mumbai
Salary :- Up to 30,000 Gross (Based on Experience & Skills)
Benefits :- Service Charges + Duty Meals
Shift :- 9-10 Hours | Rotational Shifts
About the Role :-
We are hiring a skilled and passionate Commis Chef 1 with hands-on experience in Thai and Oriental cuisine for an Upcoming restaurant in Bandra, Mumbai. The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in Asian culinary techniques, especially in Thai & Oriental food preparation.
Key Responsibilities :-

Prepare and cook authentic Thai & Oriental dishes as per restaurant standards.

Assist CDP and DCDP in daily kitchen operations.

Ensure proper and timely execution of orders.

Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.

Rotate stock and manage ingredient preparation effectively.

Follow kitchen SOPs and support during busy service hours.
Requirements :-

Knowledge of wok cooking, dim sum, stir-fry, and sauces preferred.

Should be disciplined, punctual, and willing to work rotational shifts.
