The Role: We are seeking a high-impact Commercial Finance Manager to partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Supply Chain teams across the region. The role is pivotal in providing financial insight, driving profitability, and enabling scalable growth in the fast-paced wearable technology segment. Key Responsibilities: Business Partnering & Strategic Planning: Partner with Commercial, Product, and Supply Chain teams to influence pricing, market expansion, promotions, and inventory strategy. Lead financial analysis for new product introductions (NPIs), market entry strategies, and channel-specific planning. Support B2B and D2C pricing decisions based on margin analysis, competitive benchmarking, and sales velocity. Financial Planning and Analysis: Drive the annual budget, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts across regions/products. Analyze actual performance against plans, identifying key drivers of variance and providing actionable insights. Build dynamic financial models for scenario planning across global markets and SKUs. Performance Management & Reporting: Deliver detailed P&L reporting and dashboard views at region, product, and customer level. Monitor channel and country-level profitability and highlight improvement levers. Operational Finance & Cost Control: Collaborate with operations and supply chain to optimize working capital and cost structures (COGS, freight, duty, warranty, etc.). Evaluate capex decisions, logistics planning, and production ramp-up from a financial perspective. Process & System Improvement: Enhance reporting capabilities through automation and use of analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SAP Analytics Cloud. Work closely with IT/ERP teams on process optimization and dashboard implementation Key Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CIMA with 610 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing and/or consumer tech environment. Prior exposure to FP&A, commercial finance, or product finance roles in MNCs. Strong command of Excel, financial modeling, ERP systems and BI tools. Experience with global markets and currency/costing complexities preferred. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed setup. Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced, innovation-driven businesses.,
