Job Description
New Business Commercials: 1. Review all new business proposals. 2. Prepare Provisional P&L for management Approval. 3. Collaborate with business development teams to structure commercial models for new opportunities. 4. Conduct pricing analysis and ensure alignment with company profitability targets. 5. Support proposal development and client negotiations from a commercial standpoint Billing & Commercial Escalations: 1. Ensure monthly billing aligns with contractual agreements. 2. Manage annual billing escalations via Key Account Managers or directly with customers. Vendor Management & Contracting (PAN India): 1. Manage end-to-end vendor relationships. 2. Oversee contracts related to: Manpower Leave & License CAPEX & OPEX Implementation of New Accounts/Projects: Support project kick-offs from a commercials perspective including pricing validation, onboarding documentation, and alignment with operational capabilities. Ensure commercial terms are implemented correctly and transitioned smoothly into BAU operations. Management of Key Accounts: Act as a commercial SPOC for major clients, ensuring contract compliance, service quality, and profitability. Track account performance metrics and drive commercial optimization initiatives. Business Development Support: Collaborate with the BD team on strategic pitches, pipeline planning, and opportunity assessment.
