Job Description: Business Management Faculty Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Business Management Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background, a passion for teaching, and the ability to mentor students in business and management disciplines. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, engaging in research activities, and contributing to curriculum development. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive lectures on Business Management subjects. Design and update curriculum to align with industry trends and academic standards. Mentor and guide students in research, projects, and career development. Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and presentations. Engage in academic research and contribute to scholarly publications. Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance program effectiveness. Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and faculty development programs. Support accreditation and quality assurance activities. Key Requirements PhD in Business Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field (mandatory). 3-5 years of teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level. Strong understanding of business theories, management principles, and industry practices. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms is a plus. Research publications in peer-reviewed journals are preferred. Ability to foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Preferred Skills & Attributes Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Industry experience or consulting background (preferred but not mandatory).
