Handle customer inquiries via voice (80%) and email (20%) channels 2. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 4. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues Eligibility Criteria: 1. HSC/Grade 12 pass or equivalent 2. Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service (voice process) Desirable Skills: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 3. Ability to work in a night shift (1:30 am - 3:30 pm) 4. Proficient in MS Office and computer applications What We Offer: 1.
