Job Description
You are currently hiring for the positions of Collection Team Leader and Collection Manager at a compensation of 20-21k for the Team Leader role and 25k for the Manager role. The location for these positions is Dadar/Wadala. The desired education qualification is GRADUATION (ANY STREAM). The ideal candidate should possess good written and verbal communication skills. To be eligible for these roles, candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience as a Collection Executive, with experience in both fieldwork and phone calls. Additionally, candidates are required to have a typing speed of up to 30 WPM along with proficient English communication skills. The primary responsibilities of these roles include overseeing staff members, handling clients, setting goals, targets, and strategies to achieve them, as well as fostering team building within the organization.
