Roles and Responsibilities Reviewing the company debtor list Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure that collection efforts are coordinated and effective. Keeping detailed and accurate records of all collection efforts and communicating with management on the status of outstanding debts. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to debt collection, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Requirements: 1- 3 years (Domestic process) experience candidates Strong communication skills - both verbal and written. Writes clearly and informatively.
