Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Adobe ColdFusion Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ColdFusion development, with proven expertise in building and maintaining complex applications. Experience working with medical systems and/or the tourism industry is highly desirable. What you'll do - Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe ColdFusion. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Optimize and troubleshoot existing ColdFusion applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards. - Conduct testing, debugging, and quality assurance processes to ensure application stability. - Document technical designs, processes, and user guides for developed applications. - Provide support and maintenance for existing systems, addressing issues and implementing enhancements. What are we looking for - **5+ years of experience** in Adobe ColdFusion development. - Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle. - Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, React, or Vue.js). - Familiarity with medical systems (e.g., EMRs, EHRs) and/or tourism-related platforms. *** THIS IS KEY***** - Proficiency in integrating APIs, especially REST and SOAP services. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. *Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus. - Familiarity with compliance standards in the medical or tourism sectors. - Knowledge of modern DevOps practices and cloud technologies like AWS or Azure. - Certification in Adobe ColdFusion or related technologies.,
