#AV ENGINEERS PVT LTD IS HIRING FOR COLD ROOM SALES MANAGER We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our Cold Room Solutions division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our cold storage business, identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold room products, commercial refrigeration systems, or a similar industry, and will be capable of driving sales while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for cold room solutions, focusing on growth and market expansion. Identify and target key industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and hospitality that require cold room installations and maintenance. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs. Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations. Analyze client needs and recommend suitable cold room systems, including refrigeration units, insulation, temperature control, and layout designs.
