Job responsibilities In patient rounds meeting each patients every day Explaining discharge process to patient/patients attendees Discharge process follow up Co-ordinating with nurses, pharmacy, doctors, OT stores, OT pendings, radiology unbilled services, cathlab services, billing, insurance, IT dept. and housekeeping (OT Consumption declaration, MM indents pendings, Pharmacy receiving/request pendings, OT Store pendings, Dialysis pendings, reference requests pendings, equipment pendings, CAG/CABG pendings), etc. Co-ordinating for patients queries with all the departments Sending preauthorization forms and case summaries Credit letters and insurance queries Collecting feed backs and taking Google reviews Doing TLCs Co-ordinating with doctors, nurses, F & B, dieticians, housekeeping, billing, insurance, physiotherapist and other department for IP services. Monitoring ward secretaries grooming standard, daily activity chart updations, doctor visits updations, discharge summary initiations, sending discharge files to MRD, sending credit patients (discharged) reports to credit cell. Co-ordination with admission staffs for bed allocation Co-ordinations for PET CT, any other nuclear departmental procedures / scans (fixing appointments / shifting patient etc.) Co-ordination with Jayanagar / BG road Apollo for patient shifting/ transferring /referring etc. Co-ordination with maintenance department. Co-ordinating with radiology department.,
