Company Description Dental Clinic Role Description Co-Founder for a Dental Clinic in Panchkula or Zirakpur: I am seeking a highly skilled and passionate Co-Founder Dentist to join our team in Panchkula. As a Co-Founder, you'll play a vital role in shaping our clinic's future. Important Notes: This is a full-time, on-site role in Panchkula Relocation to the Panchkula/Zirakpur area is required if you're not already based there As a Co-Founder, you'll share financial contributions, legal and business responsibilities, clinical operations, and visions and goals towards the clinics success Requirements: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) degree Passion for delivering quality patient care Interested to learn, teach, and skill-up with your Co-Founder Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Experience or interest in social media marketing Previous leadership experience is a plus Key Responsibilities: Oversee clinical operations and ensure exceptional dental care standards Manage and lead our dental staff Participate in strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and business development Provide top-notch patient care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing dental procedures,
