We believe an electric sports car should do more than just go fast in a straight line, It should handle with precision, accelerate with emotion, and respond like an extension of the driver. Every component we design is shaped by this philosophy, from the chassis dynamics to power delivery, from ride tuning to aerodynamic balance. Your Role As CTO & Co-Founder, you will lead the technology roadmap, from powertrain and battery architecture to motor control systems and thermal engineering. This is a ground-floor opportunity to architect the core EV systems, shape the product from first principles, and co-create a new kind of performance brand. What You'll Own Architect and lead development of the electric powertrain and battery systems. Lead design and integration of battery systems including pack architecture, BMS, and thermal management. Oversee performance optimization, safety, and system integration across the vehicle. Set technical standards, milestones, and development strategies in alignment with product goals. Work with suppliers, testing partners, and prototyping vendors for fast iterations. Build and mentor a lean, high-performance engineering team as we scale. Contribute to product strategy, investor conversations, and long-term R&D direction. Who You Are 815 years in EV powertrain, battery systems, or performance vehicle engineering. Experience in developing electric drivetrains, BMS, thermal systems, or system integration. Hands-on, startup-ready mindset, willing to build, test, break, and improve. Passionate about performance engineering and pushing whats possible with EVs. Comfortable leading a small, sharp team and taking full ownership of engineering outcomes. Previous experience at an EV startup, OEM, or Tier-1 in vehicle electrification is a plus. What Youll Get Co-founder equity in a new-age performance EV brand.
