The Opportunity Were looking for a Co-Founder / Chief Growth Officer who can own and scale our sales and marketing engines from the ground up. Youll drive end-to-end revenue growthfrom enterprise deals to inbound lead funnelswhile helping shape the future of AI-driven customer engagement. This is a high-impact, high-reward role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and wants to co-build a category-defining company. What Youll Own Sales Leadership: Build the sales playbook, close high-value B2B deals, and drive enterprise adoption of our AI agents. Marketing Strategy: Define brand positioning, lead generation tactics, and go-to-market execution. Growth Architecture: Align pricing, funnel optimization, and customer success with revenue targets. Team Building: Recruit and lead sales, growth marketing, and partnership teams as we scale. Customer Insights: Talk to users, analyze conversion data, and feed insights into product and marketing strategies. Market Positioning: Establish us as a thought leader in the voice AI and conversational automation space. You Might Be a Fit If You Have 715 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, or GTM, with proven success driving revenue from zero to multi-million ARR. Have worked in or founded an early-stage startup and love building from scratch. Are both strategic and execution-drivencomfortable leading high-level planning while also running your own outbound campaigns. Understand AI/ML, voice tech, or conversational platforms (bonus if youve sold or marketed similar products). Are energized by equity-based upside and want meaningful ownership in what you build. Know how to create momentum, build pipelines, land pilot customers, and scale from MVP to product-market fit.
