Job Title: Co-Founder (Electrical Engineering) Company: Powerkosh Sector: Solar Module Manufacturing & Battery Energy Storage Systems Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Job Description: Powerkosh is looking for a technically strong and visionary Co-Founder with an electrical engineering background to co-lead our renewable energy startup. As a founding team member, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling cutting-edge solar module manufacturing and battery energy storage systems (BESS). Key Responsibilities: Lead technical development of solar PV modules and BESS systems Oversee plant setup, electrical design, and production efficiency Ensure compliance with national and international energy standards Collaborate on R&D, innovation, and product optimization Support strategic planning, operations, and investor presentations Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech or higher) Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, batteries, or power electronics Experience in manufacturing or energy sector is a plus Passion for clean energy and startup innovations.,
