Job Description
You will be joining IgniteOne - The Limitless Leap as a Co-Founder with Investment on a full-time hybrid basis. Based in Mumbai, with the flexibility of working partially from home, you will play a key role in the Leadership Development & System Thinking company. Your primary responsibilities will include strategizing and spearheading marketing and sales initiatives, conducting thorough research, and analyzing data to propel business growth. Additionally, you will be expected to engage with stakeholders, promote effective communication within the team, and provide leadership to ensure the realization of the company's mission and vision. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Sales and Marketing skills, excellent Communication skills, and proficiency in Analytical Skills and Research. The ability to work independently and thrive in a hybrid work environment is crucial. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, coupled with emotional intelligence, will be highly valued. Prior experience in startups or leadership development will be advantageous. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing/Sales, or a related field is preferred.,
