Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position: - Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex SSRS reports with a focus on scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use. - Provide technical expertise in the areas of architecture, design, and implementation. - Collaborate with team members to create impactful reports and dashboards that offer insights, enhance or automate processes, and deliver value to the team. - Engage in iterative review processes to ensure that the outcomes meet or exceed user expectations. - Uphold consistency by following established software coding and style guidelines. - Address support tickets related to SSRS reports, including SQL queries. - Leverage prior experience in the healthcare or Medicaid domain to drive process enhancements. - Take responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and fostering the professional growth of team members. - Possessing a Report Development Certification would be advantageous. In this role, we are seeking individuals with the following qualifications: - Ability to comprehend technical structures and dashboards and translate intricate business requirements into technical specifications. - Proficient in SSRS with a solid understanding of other reporting tools like Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power Bi, focusing on best practices in scalability, performance, content management, and governance. - Advanced knowledge of SQL, relational database management systems, data modeling, normalization, data extraction mechanisms, and data warehousing concepts. - Strong development skills in SSRS, data analytics, and visualizations.
