Qualification: Any ITI, DME, CNC certified experienced cnc operator Experience: min 1 to 3 yrs experience in Set up and operate CNC turning machines. Relevant Industry: Engineering / Manufacturing / any other field Work location: Vasai east in Mumbai Salary range: as per industry standard Day to Day Responsibility of our Operator: Set up and operate CNC turning machines to perform turning, facing, threading, and grooving operations on metal work-pieces. Load raw materials into the machine, select appropriate cutting tools, and adjust machine settings (e.g., cutting speed, feed rate, depth of cut) to ensure proper operation and quality of finished parts. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining operations, dimensions, and tolerances for parts. Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC turning machines, such as tool changes, lubrication, and inspection of machine components, to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, tooling issues, and quality problems to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production. Maintain accurate production records, including job setup sheets, tooling logs, and quality inspection reports. Our Ideal Operator: Proven experience as a CNC Turning Machine Operator. Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to set up and operate CNC turning machines. Excellent attention to detail and quality orientation, with the ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision. Location and commitments: Working hours Mon to Sat 6 days (Working Culture) Rotational Shift. For Weekends, we work 6 days a week, Sundays are off.
