Job Summary: A CNC Machine Programmer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and implementing CNC programs to ensure efficient and precise machining operations. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools and machining methods, and troubleshooting programming issues to maintain high-quality production standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and modify CNC & VMC programs based on engineering designs and specifications. Set up, operate, and optimize CNC & VMC machines for production efficiency. Ensure proper tool selection and machining parameters for accuracy and consistency. Conduct troubleshooting and make necessary program adjustments to improve performance. Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and production teams to meet project requirements. Maintain documentation of CNC programs and machine setups for future reference. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code). Experience with CAD/CAM software (such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or SolidWorks). Should be well verse with Fanuc controller Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Problem-solving skills for debugging programs and optimizing machining cycles. Attention to detail and commitment to quality control. Education: Bachelors degree, ITI or Diploma related field (or equivalent experience).
