Position:Press Break Operator Department: Production / Assembly Reports To: Supervisor / Production Manager Qualification: Diploma Experience: Minimum 4 years Notice Period: Immediate or within 20 days Roles and Responsibilities 1. Assembly Operations Perform frame assembly of child parts as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Ensure correct alignment, fitting, and fastening using jigs, fixtures, and tools. 2. Quality Control Inspect parts before and after assembly to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality compliance. Identify and report any defects or non-conformities. Ensure zero-defect delivery to the next production stage. 3. Material Handling Collect necessary materials/components from designated areas. Ensure correct storage and handling of raw materials and finished assemblies. 4. Process Compliance Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and 5S standards. Maintain production and quality documentation. Meet production targets while minimizing rework and rejection rates. 5. Tool & Equipment Maintenance Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of assembly tools and workstations. Promptly report any equipment/tool malfunction. 6. Safety & Housekeeping Adhere to all safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the workstation. Required Skills Prior experience in frame assembly or manufacturing setup. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and follow assembly instructions. Knowledge of tools, measuring instruments, and fastening techniques. High attention to detail with a quality-first mindset. Understanding of basic safety protocols in a factory setting.
