Leading Steel Plant Gearbox Manufacturer, Supplier and Exporter Industry located at Changodar, Ahmedabad We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC machines and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The CNC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to engineering specifications. Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup: Set up CNC machines by installing and aligning tools, fixtures, and materials. Operation: Operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce parts according to blueprints and specifications. Quality Control: Inspect and measure parts during and after machining to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Machine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they operate efficiently and safely. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with CNC machines, tools, and equipment as needed. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production, quality inspections, and maintenance activities. Safety: Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
