Job Summary: We're seeking a skilled CNC Turning Operator with hands-on experience in operating CNC lathes to machine precision components as per engineering drawings. You'll play a critical role in ensuring quality and efficiency in our production processes. Key Responsibilities: - Operate CNC Turning Centers to machine metallic components as per drawings - Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces independently on CNC lathe machines - Read and interpret engineering drawings and machining instructions - Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed - Conduct inspections using measuring instruments - Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of CNC equipment - Maintain production logs and quality documentation Requirements: - 3-4 years of experience in CNC Turning operations - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Tool & Die - Proficiency in operating CNC lathes (Fanuc/Siemens controller preferred) - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Desirable Skills: - Experience with machining of compressor components - Understanding of GD&T and machining tolerances - Familiarity with ISO standards and shop floor discipline Work Location: Oriental Compressor Accessories Pvt.
