Job Description

We are seeking a CNC Machine Programmer / Setter proficient in Milling (VMC/HMC) and Turning Machines, including VTL. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of manufacturing concepts and processes. You should be able to independently interpret Engineering drawings, devise operation sequences for part manufacturing, create and enhance fixtures as necessary, choose appropriate cutting tools, program and operate machines, train operators for large-scale production, and optimize programs during production. Qualifications and Skills: - ITI / Diploma / B.E. qualification - Proficiency in operating FANUC / Siemens Controller - Knowledge of CAM software is advantageous Experience: - Minimum of 4 years in a related field Responsibilities: - Programming and setting up Milling (VMC) Machines - Analyzing Engineering Drawings to plan manufacturing operations - Fixture design and development - Optimizing CNC programs and selecting suitable cutting tools to reduce cycle times - Contributing to New Product Development - Improving Production efficiency This is a full-time position with benefits including paid time off. The work schedule involves rotational shifts, with additional benefits such as performance bonuses, shift allowances, and yearly bonuses. The job location is in Malumichampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Candidates should be able to reliably commute to the workplace or plan to relocate before commencing work.
