Job Summary:

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products according to company standards and safety regulations. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) before the start of production.
• Operate machinery efficiently to meet production targets.
• Monitor machine operations to detect problems or irregularities.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report any major issues or breakdowns to the supervisor.
• Keep records of production output, downtime, and maintenance activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift during shifts.
