Job Description

Machine Setup: Ensuring the CNC/VMC machine is set up correctly for the specific job or task, including loading the necessary tools and materials. Programming: Loading and running pre-written programs or writing new programs for the CNC/VMC machine to perform various machining operations such as drilling, milling, cutting, and shaping. Machine Operation: Operating the CNC/VMC machine during the manufacturing process, monitoring the machining operations, and making adjustments as needed to ensure the quality and accuracy of the finished parts. Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards, making adjustments to the machine settings as necessary to correct any deviations. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks on the CNC/VMC machine, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts, to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting any issues or problems with the CNC/VMC machine, such as tool wear, programming errors, or mechanical malfunctions, and taking corrective action to resolve them.
