Job Opening We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Inspector with a background in fixture and tool manufacturing to join our innovative, fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CMM machines to inspect and validate tools, jigs, and fixtures used in precision manufacturing, ensuring they meet dimensional and geometric specifications. Job Description Designation- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Inspector Fixture & Tools Manufacturing Qualification- Diploma in Mech/ BE. Mech/ B.Tech. Openings 3 Experience- 2 to 4 years. Salary- As per market standards Report to- Quality Head. Job Location- Chinchwad MIDC. Responsibilities- 1. Operate and program CMM machine (e.g., Hexagon) using software Power Inspect & PolyWorks 2. Perform dimensional inspections of fixtures, jigs, tooling components, and prototypes. 3. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). 4. Generate and maintain inspection reports and documentation. 5. Collaborate with toolmakers, engineers, and quality teams to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. 6. Support first article inspection (FAI) and in-process inspections during fixture/tool fabrication. 7. Ensure calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment. 8. Recommend design improvements based on inspection findings. Required Skills- 1. Experience with fixture/tool manufacturing processes is highly desirable. 2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. 3. Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset. 4. Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology, and mechanical drawings.
