Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Target Achievement: Drive LAP product sales across the assigned cluster. Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. Ensure each branch and team member meets assigned business goals. Team Management: Manage, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers and Sales Executives. Ensure proper hiring, training, and performance management of the team. Build a high-performing sales culture. Process & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance guidelines. Coordinate with the credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth disbursements. Monitor login-to-disbursement conversion ratio. Market Penetration & Customer Engagement: Identify new business opportunities in the cluster area. Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers. Conduct field visits and customer meetings regularly. MIS & Reporting: Provide regular business reports and market insights to senior management. Monitor productivity metrics, file quality, and turnaround time. Use data to track performance and take corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Minimum 57 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sales, preferably in LAP or mortgage loans. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of local markets, channels, and competitors.
