Job Description

We are seeking a Cluster Operations Manager with prior experience of managing the technicians and grount staff in order to facilitate the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our rental properties. He is required to drive the daily operations as per the standard operating procedures

Position: Cluster Operations Manager
Company: KOTS Renting
Location: Whitefield, Bangalore
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Days: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM 6:00 PM), Saturday: Half Day

Key Responsibilities:

Property Maintenance

• Manage daily maintenance activities across plumbing and electrical systems:
• Plumbing: Water softeners, underground piping, laundry utilities, STP, water tanks
• Electrical: DG, UPS, transformers, lifts, CCTV, LT & HT panels
• In-flat appliances: AC, TV, Microwave, Chimney, Geyser, etc.
• Handle tenant check-ins, check-outs, and flat readiness
• Conduct regular building audits and ensure fire safety & compliance standards

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Optimize space and resource utilization across properties

Tenant Relations & Issue Resolution

• Serve as the escalation point for tenant concerns
• Ensure prompt and professional issue handling
• Maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction

Resource Management

• Supervise Property Operations Managers, technicians (plumbers, electricians), housekeeping, and security staff
• Provide training and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Prior experience managing ground staff and technicians in residential properties
• Strong technical expertise in at least one area: plumbing or electrical
• Good communication and articulation skills
• Structured, reliable, and organized approach
• Willingness to travel across assigned cluster properties
