Job Description
You will be fully responsible for overseeing the sales and other store activities of three stores. This includes managing staff, coordinating with managers, and reporting to the operations head. You will be in charge of handling DC & DSD GRN, vendor returns, and improving checkout productivity. Additionally, you will work on coordinating with the customer service desk to resolve queries and ensuring that store level promotions are effectively communicated. Your role will involve tracking and resolving customer grievances to enhance customer service and implementing proper cash management SOPs to reduce shrinkage. You will also be responsible for driving loyalty card issuance and promoting its usage among customers. The job is full-time with a morning shift schedule. It is essential that you have the ability to reliably commute to Ernakulam, Kerala, or plan to relocate before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this position, along with a total of 6 years of work experience. The work location is in person.,
