Job Description

You will be joining bigbasket - a Tata Enterprise, India's largest online supermarket with a customer base of over 13 million spread across 60+ cities and towns. As a Cluster HRBP based in Ahmedabad, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities including overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and executing performance management processes. This full-time role will require you to engage with employees daily, address their concerns, and implement HR initiatives that align with the organization's objectives. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in HR policies and general Human Resources practices, a strong grasp of Employee Relations and Labor and Employment Law, proficiency in Performance Management, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously while handling multiple tasks efficiently, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in the retail or e-commerce sector would be advantageous for this position.,
