Roles and Responsibilities
Acquiring new clients as per the defined slabs in Micro housing loan vertical.
Cross sell Micro Housing Loans designed to cater to the needs of existing JSFB customers.
Leverage the existing JC relationships to promote and source the Housing /Home
Improvement loans/LAP business
Manage customer relationship
Post disbursement servicing
Promotion and Marketing of JSFB offering across the mapped branch
Maintain relationship with the mapped branch staff
Manage an on-roll team of RO/RE/RM
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate must have 5 to 8 years of experience of selling housing loans/LAP product and must have team handling experience.
Can manage 3 to 5 branches.
