Job Description
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cluster Head MSME Working Capital to lead and manage MSME lending operations within the assigned cluster. The role involves overseeing a team, developing business in working capital loans, and ensuring portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Relationship Managers/Branch Managers across multiple locations. Drive MSME working capital loan business (CC/OD limits, term loans, etc.). Achieve assigned disbursement and revenue targets. Build strong relationships with MSME clients and local business communities. Ensure proper credit assessment, documentation, and timely processing of proposals. Monitor loan portfolio and maintain healthy asset quality. Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth processing. Provide regular training, motivation, and support to the team. Requirements: Any Graduate/Postgraduate . 10-12 years of experience in SME & MSME Working Capital , with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of working capital finance, banking products, and credit assessment. Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.,
