ob Title: CloudOps Engineer Department: Information Technology. Reporting line: Manager-IT Key Responsibilities Good understanding of the AWS/Azure cloud platform. Knowledge of Cloud Services, design, and configuration on enterprise systems. Good understanding of Cloud administration using Console & CLI. Understanding the needs of the business for defining Cloud system specifications. Understanding Architecture requirements and ensuring effective support activities. Familiar with Windows & Linux platforms. Understanding of EC2, VPC, ELB, S3, Cloud Watch, Event Bridge, SNS, IAM, Cloud Front, Lambda Worked and Manage three-tier highly scalable architecture with multiple DR/Production Client environment which includes Load Balancer, DNS, WAF, EC2, VPC, Security Groups, Auto Scaling and many other AWS Services to manage the client infrastructure. Managing three-tier highly scalable architecture including using Security Groups, Auto Scaling and Load Balancers . Manage Bastion host to access instances in private and public subnet securely. Creating/Managing AMI/Snapshots/Volumes, upgrade/downgrade AWS resources (CPU, Memory, EBS). Creating Cloud watch alarm and monitoring various resources like EC2 instances and load balancer, configure Alerts to slack channels. Managing AD server to add, remove, modify, user access. Lifecycle policies to transfer data from one storage class to another. VPC peering between 2 VPCs also enabled VPC flow logs to monitor network related issues. Monthly patching on stage and production server. Creating or revoking user/role (AWS account) for on-boarding and off-boarding member.
