Job Description

You should possess a Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architecting solutions for large enterprise systems in the cloud. Your expertise should include cloud infrastructure and platform design with architectural knowledge in Oracle OCI. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Oracle OCI environments and resources, as well as developing and maintaining automation scripts for cloud infrastructure provisioning and management. Monitoring and optimizing the performance, scalability, and availability of OCI resources will be a key part of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud architecture best practices is essential. Ensuring security and compliance standards for OCI deployments is also a crucial aspect of the position. A strong knowledge of OCI services including compute, storage, networking, as well as cloud backup and monitoring is required. Additionally, familiarity with containerization technologies such as OKE, Docker, Kubernetes will be an added advantage. Knowledge of OCI DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial, along with a solid understanding of Cloud FinOps and cost optimization factors in the cloud. You should be skilled in configuring high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, proficient in application and database migrations to OCI, and capable of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architecture. The ability to build Bill of Quantities/Bill of Materials (BoQ/BoM) is expected. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams, OEM team, etc., and provide training and mentorship to the team. Possessing Oracle OCI certifications (Foundations, Associate, Architect, AI, etc.) is preferred. Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP will be advantageous in this role.,
