Min Experience required : 6 Month

Azure:
1. Implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure infrastructure.
2. Manage and optimize Azure services including
a. VMs, Azure Functions, App Services,
b. Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, VNET,
c. Azure CDN, Azure Cosmos DB,
d. Traffic Manager, Azure Entra ID.
3. Monitor and maintain cloud environments using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
4. Migrate workloads from Azure to Azure, On-premises to Azure
5. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues in a cloud environment.
6. Closely work with customer team for requirement gathering and deployment phases

Preferred Skills for Azure
1. Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect
2. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator

Administrative tasks for clients:
1. General IT Administrative tasks related to application operations: Create, change and delete accounts, groups, projects, repositories, etc.
2. Server provisioning and decommissioning
3. Incident follow up
4. Create service level agreement (SLA) and other reports
5. Backup verification, Software Compliance and Antivirus status checks
6. Event Management, Log Management (Review logs and create incidents)
7. Infrastructure Health Monitoring
8. Participate in systems support based on an on-call rotation model ensuring availability
9. Escalate Non-Standard Service Requests
10. Windows Patching using windows update services
11. Creating and Archiving User account and Groups in Active directory
12. Creating and Archiving Bitbucket Project and Repositories
13. Creating and Archiving Jira project and confluence space
14. Writing basic shell scripts to achieve automation tasks
15. Analysing logs for errors and sort out same

Desktop Support:
1. Assisting with network configurations and resolving connectivity issues
2. Resolving application errors and compatibility issues.
3. Managing printers, scanners, and other connected devices.
4. Working with third-party providers for hardware/software procurement.
5. Keeping track of IT inventory and ensuring proper allocation.
