Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Closing Manager based in Bengaluru. The Closing Manager will oversee the closing process for real estate transactions, including coordinating with buyers, sellers, and lenders to ensure timely completion of all closing activities. Responsibilities will include managing funding, preparing necessary documents, handling mortgage lending procedures, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations. Qualifications Experience in managing Closings and Funding processes Strong background in Sales and customer relationship management Knowledge of Loans and Mortgage Lending procedures Excellent organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus,
