Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated, and experienced Registered Nurse with a passion for teaching to join the Clinical Education Team within NHS Golden Jubilee. You will be responsible for promoting an environment that fosters learning, teaching, and the professional development of all staff members, including those undergoing training. In this role, you will split your time between working clinically alongside nursing staff to enhance their knowledge and skills, engaging in office work to prepare appropriate teaching materials, conducting formal classroom teaching sessions to support broader clinical education activities, and attending meetings as required. To be successful in this position, you must be a Registered Nurse with a degree in nursing or healthcare (or equivalent). Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. You should also have a track record of significant career advancement in Orthopaedic and/or General Surgery, hold active Practice Assessor status, and demonstrate evidence of providing informal local teaching within a clinical setting.
