Job Description
You will provide basic and comprehensive data management expertise to the Clinical Data Management (CDM) team to deliver efficient, high-quality data management products that align with customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting data review, writing and resolving data clarifications, leading the database audit team, developing and testing databases, performing testing of programming, and carrying out clinical data coding. In addition, you will undertake team leadership activities under the guidance of the Data Operations Coordinator (DOC), Data Team Lead (DTL), or Functional Manager. You may also serve as a Data Operations Coordinator (DOC) for a protocol with fewer than 5 operations staff or for 15+ easy to moderately complex central laboratory studies, or take on a leadership role in a specific data management task with guidance. Furthermore, you will serve as a back-up to a DOC or DTL, understand and adhere to core operating procedures and working instructions, meet assigned objectives, and cultivate effective communication and working relationships with the CDM team. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is on-site.,
