We design and implement interventions in both health services delivery and community health care seeking practices by adopting multi sectorial evidence based community needs assessment approach to empower mothers and reduce maternal, neonatal and child mortality and morbidity in underprivileged urban and rural communities in India. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage patient appointments via Practo, including reconfirmation and follow-ups. Maintain and update appointment schedules, ensuring changes are accurately reflected. Assist Dr. Aparna with scheduling, aligning with her clinical and ARMMAN calendars. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and confidentiality. Collaborate with TPAs for billing and insurance-related coordination. Support Dr. Aparna on ad hoc tasks and requests as needed. Requirements: Prior experience in a hospital or clinical environment. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Practo app. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
