Job Description

The responsibilities for this position include greeting patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and performing other administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience in a medical office or customer service role, excellent customer service and communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and preferred experience includes 4 years in Microsoft Office, 3 years in front desk-receptionist role, and a total of 5 years of work experience. Proficiency in English is required for this role, and the work location is in person.,
