Job Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Client Training & Support Executives for Traviyo, our travel CRM and automation platform. If you enjoy helping others, are eager to learn, and are comfortable with technology, this is a great opportunity to start your career in the travel tech industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide product training and onboarding support to new Traviyo clients. Conduct online training sessions to help clients understand system features and usage. Respond to client questions and support tickets via phone, email, or chat. Assist clients in troubleshooting basic technical or functional issues. Maintain records of training and client interactions. Coordinate with the tech team for escalated issues. Who Can Apply: Freshers with B. Tech (CSE/IT/EEE/ECE) or BCA degrees. Strong communication and presentation skills. Basic knowledge of software systems, web applications, or CRMs. Eagerness to learn and help clients succeed with the platform.
