Job Description: As a Client Success Manager, you will be a crucial part of our client delivery process, ensuring smooth project execution and the highest level of client satisfaction. Your role is multifaceted, combining elements of business development, client management, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Based in Kolkata, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities through market research, collaborating with internal teams to develop acquisition strategies, and actively engaging in lead generation activities. You will need to have a deep understanding of our SaaS products and services, conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure they can maximize the benefits of our offerings. Additionally, your audit and commerce background will be leveraged to analyze client requirements, recommend solutions, and identify process improvement opportunities within client organizations. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive approach to addressing client inquiries and concerns, will be essential in providing exceptional customer service. Working closely with the customer support team, you will resolve escalated issues and gather feedback from clients to drive product development efforts. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, or a related field, along with proven experience in business development, client management, and customer relations, preferably within a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are key attributes for success.
